Location: The Pasta Market - Blue Ridge: 11 Mountain Street, Blue Ridge, GA 30513

Job Responsibilities:

Food Prep
Dishwashing
Stays focused in a fast pace environment
Is familiar with all menu items
Assists in setting up for groups, including setting tables and ensuring that table accessories are in place
Maintains the kitchen by cleaning prep areas before and after use and making sure that all knives and critical equipment are clean
Monitors ingredients and report inventory levels
**Will assist in serving dishes and pouring wine when we need all hands on deck

Hours:

Flexible availability - weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays
2-3 days/week
**Part-time position may transition to a full-time position in the Spring/Summer
