Matt Goulding is the author of the award-winning Rice, Noodle, Fish and Grape, Olive, Pig and the co-author of the New York Times bestselling series Eat This, Not That. He is also the co-founder of Roads & Kingdoms, named the 2016 Publication of the Year by the James Beard Foundation. He has written for the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Food & Wine, and New York magazine, among others. He divides his time between the tapas bars of Barcelona and the barbecue pits of rural North Carolina.
