Tagliatelle Nest, Egg Pasta, by Luciana Mosconi
The story of Luciana Mosconi ("Lady Tagliatelle"), began in Le Marche, a region of Italy where preparing Tagliatelle is a ritual. As a child, Luciana learned to pull the dough from her mother. As she grew, so did her mastery of varied and delicious pasta recipes. In the late 1980s, Luciana opened her first homemade pasta shop, which today is known as the brand Luciana Mosconi.
